Agents
Agents enable you to perform scans from remote machines.
They provide scanner Instances i.e. system processes that perform the actual scan.
Grid
The Grid is a network of interconnected Agents for load-balancing scans.
Scale up by plugging Agents to the Grid, scale down by unplugging. Distribute scans vertically or horizontally based on your needs.
Scheduler
The Scheduler accepts scan jobs, starts scans ASAP, monitors them and retrieves and stores their reports.
With backing-up from the Grid, load-balancing takes effect.
Perfect for when a large amount of scans need to be performed, and best of all, unsupervised.
